South Georgia Miniature Pigs is a private owned farm and is not opened to the public. However, we will schedule visits for families who have a deposit in place and would like to visit with their piglet and see their parents prior to going home. Scheduled visits start at 6 weeks of age. We do not schedule visits with piglets or parents prior to 6 weeks of age under any circumstances. We want to ensure the mothers are able to bond without distractions or stress. Piglets less than 6 weeks of age are fragile and more susceptible to harm. We take biological hazard precautions very seriously to ensure the health and well-being of our pigs and piglets.

Life can change and we understand that! We want to ensure families that in the event that you are no longer able to care for your pig due to an unfortunate life change, please do not worry!  Notify us and we will gladly take your pig back into our care or help you to re-home your pig. Be advised that when surrendering your pig back into our care, there will be no deposit refund or payment of any amount reimbursed.
